…… Pvt. Miller served in Co. E, 12th North Carolina Infantry. He was born 24 June 1848, died 21 June 1928. This picture was taken in January, 1928, probably on his 80th birthday! His military record shows a parole date of 9 April 1865, Appomattox Court House, VA

Girrard Pulaski Miller is buried at White Chapel Cemetery, 17th and North Oliver, Wichita, KS.
